Your agreement with us

When you place an order to buy an item from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase an item. Our acceptance of your offer is complete when we send an Order Confirmation email to you.

Payment

We accept most major payment cards, and PayPal.

All orders, including orders made before a product's expected release date (Pre-orders) and download-only orders, are debited immediately. PayPal orders are debited at the same time as card orders.

Credit card fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities.

Your statement should show a card transaction as "WWW.STATE51.COM" or “STATE51CON” for PayPal transactions.

Where possible state51 accounts for and pays import VAT on orders made by customers in the EU which are less than €150. Non-UK customers may be charged import VAT, and sometimes a handling fee by the shipping company, on delivery, especially if the total order value is greater than €150.

Delivery and costs

We carry most products in stock, and these can be dispatched quickly.

Items which are not in stock can take longer to be ready for dispatch. This includes Pre-Orders.

We will provide information about Pre-orders' expected delivery date. By placing an order for a product before its expected release date, you are agreeing that we will deliver it to you on the expected delivery date or within a reasonable timeframe.

We will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

You can choose different postage options and check prices using the postage calculator in your shopping bag.

In the UK we use Royal Mail First Class Post, for exports we use standard Air Mail, in both cases unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.
